Oracle CRM On Demand Implementation Workshop

In the Oracle CRM On Demand Implementation Workshop, participants learn how to combine product knowledge and implementation best practices to plan, design, configure, and deploy the application. Using realistic case study scenarios, instructors first walk participants through a recommended implementation process. Students then practice the methods in a safe environment with instructor support. As a result, they acquire the skills and knowledge needed to successfully implement CRM On Demand.

Prerequisites
Participants should have completed the CRM On Demand Administration Essentials course.
