Oracle CRM On Demand Advanced Analytics Workshop

This intensive, hands-on course teaches advanced techniques for developing and configuring analytic requests in Oracle CRM On Demand Answers. By the end of the class, participants will be able to create complex reports that display results clearly and simply.

Key topics include:

• Customizing column formatting to emphasize key data
• Creating pivot tables to provide multiple data perspectives
• Using advanced formulas and calculated columns
• Filtering data based on the results of another analysis
• Combining reports to create complex filters
• Using column filter prompts
• Adding simple SQL expressions to filters

Prerequisites
Participants should have taken the Building Your Own Reports Webinar or have equivalent on-the-job experience with On Demand Answers.
