In preparation for the Train-the-Trainer event an Oracle University Instructor works with your organization to understand your business and its Oracle CRM On Demand solution. This initial session provides the foundation for a custom curriculum for your organization.

In-Depth Training

The Train-the-Trainer program is delivered on-site over two days. During the first day, the Oracle University Instructor walks trainers through the curriculum and demonstrates how to deliver end user training.

On the second day, each participants independently studies an assigned module, and then conducts a practice teaching session. This valuable exercise provides your trainers the opportunity to practice delivering Oracle CRM On Demand training in a relaxed, professional environment.

As a follow-up, your Oracle University Instructor will also schedule a virtual conference with your training team to answer questions, provide support, and assess readiness for end user training.
