Global Storm Water Treatment Company Implements Award-Winning CRM Technology without IT Support
SAN MATEO, Calif. - May 11, 2005 - Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: SEBL), the leading provider of customer-facing solutions, today announced that BaySaver Technologies Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of highly effective storm water treatment systems and services, chose Siebel CRM On Demand for its hosted CRM solution. Siebel CRM On Demand allowed BaySaver to upgrade from a static contact tracking system to a highly advanced hosted CRM system that synchronizes its entire network of regional sales managers and independent manufacturers' representatives. Additionally, BaySaver will integrate Siebel CRM On Demand with a third-party lead management system without IT support.
BaySaver Technologies Inc. designs, manufactures, and sells highly effective stormwater treatment systems and services to customers both nationally and internationally. Its flagship product, the BaySaver Separation System, removes pollutants that are entrained in surface water runoff and helps companies and communities meet governmental regulations.

The company also required integration with a third-party lead service called the Dodge Reports. BaySaver required a hosted CRM solution that could manage leads and assign them to the proper sales representatives. With Siebel CRM On Demand, BaySaver now has a highly automated system that allows salespeople to spend more time selling and less time entering data.
