To ensure the right individuals within your company are receiving key communications regarding system upgrades, release information, training and support notifications and other important notes, please take a moment to update your Primary Contact information and User Contact Preferences.
  • Update Primary Contact: Click Admin > Company Administration > Company Profile > Edit Company Key Information.
  • Update User Contact Preferences: Click Admin > User, Group & Role Management > User Management > Drill down to User Detail > Update the Contact Preferences section
